![]() ![]() SailingLab’s App Lock is one of those app lockers that offers multiple features besides the protection of apps against unauthorized users. A number of customizing options, a falsified crash feature, a MasterSwitch to disable the software, and more are included in this Open-Source application. ![]() The locking methods include fingerprint, pin, pattern, and knock code. MaxLock is an ad-free application that, unlike many app lockers, it prioritizes efficiency and battery. Xposed Framework is an app that includes the installation of Xposed on your device. That’s sad, but if you have an Android rooted device, you have some excellent features with MaxLock. MaxLock is an excellent root-only application program locker. I have been using the software for some time and it is as basic as it functions well and it’s pretty much a resume of the software. The app is free but features advertising, so you can buy an app to disable advertisements in the app. If you want to temporarily deactivate the app, it can be deactivated for a few hours. When apps are relocked, there are options to set delay, to avoid uninstallation, and to mask Pin keys. The device has a marvelous UI for Material Design and supports PIN, build, and fingerprints. This list is made up of the Keepsafe App Lock application. There are also options for a retrieval email and the high sneak function that photographs intruders who access the wrong PIN or pattern three times. There are not many choices, but you can secure it from uninstalling by granting it management rights. Applications can be locked with the Norton Device Lock fingerprint, PIN, and design. The Norton locker is a basic application locker that would be a good way to use when you are searching for an app locker that is safe and ad-free. Ok, it has a really nice locker for Android phones. Strangely enough, Norton has been detected, the well-known anti-virus producer. To release App Lock, select the device(s) and click the Release button. If an iPad is missing the selected app, the single-app indicator will appear in the bottom right corner and the warning symbol will appear on the device. When an iPad enters App Lock mode, the device icon in Teacher Tools will change to show the App Lock indicator in the bottom right corner and the icon for the app on the device. The home button and power button on the iPad will be disabled. The iPad will be locked into that app until you release it. When you click an app, it will automatically launch on the selected device(s). The Standard Apps tab shows apps that are part of iOS such as Calendar, Clock, Maps, etc. This list would include any app on the device whether it was installed through MDM by Securly or manually installed by the iPad user through the App Store. The Device Apps tab shows apps that are installed directly on individual iPads. In general, these are apps that were distributed to multiple devices. The School Apps tab will show apps that have been added to the school app list for devices that are in groups the current user has permissions to manage. Ī pop-up window will be displayed showing a list of available apps that can be used for App Lock. Or right-click an individual iPad and choose App lock. To use App Lock, select one or more iPads then click the App Lock button. The home key will not function for exiting the app. App Lock allows a teacher to select a single app that will automatically open on all selected iPads and be locked as the active app until released. ![]()
